RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 20 days. Some items are non-refundable/returnable such as special order or semi-customized items (ring sizing) and this will be clearly noted in the description.
Returned items must be insured. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returns. To avoid a return, make sure you have the correct ring size when ordering.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once you have placed your order with Platinum Ring Jewelry, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
All items are shipped using FedEx overnight, and most orders are received within 4 business days from the date you place your order.
Special order items will ship in approximately 10 business days. All orders over $1500.00 ship free.
